A Case of Primary Hepatoma

Abstract
|

|
|
Primary hepatoma comprises an estimated about 0.2% of all cancers. Its occurrencer closely parallels that of cirrhosis and over 60% of hepatoma which is readily demonstrated. It is known the most malignant tumor of all. We have experienced a case of extended right hepatic lobectomy and regenerative hyperplasia of remaining hepatic tissue was observed. Restoration of cirrhotic changes following operation was interestingly studied.
